Professional Bio

Seventeen years in American commercial banking, concentrated in treasury advisory.

Jonathan Patel-Anderson has spent his entire career inside top-tier American commercial banks. He began as a Treasury Analyst at PNC Bank in 2007 immediately after completing his BS Finance at the University of Minnesota, working on deposit analytics and commercial client onboarding. In 2011 he moved to Wells Fargo Commercial as a Senior Treasury Manager, where he built the middle-market advisory practice for the Upper Midwest and completed his MBA Finance at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He joined U.S. Bank Commercial Banking Group in 2015 as the SinglePoint modernization (the SinglePoint Essentials release) reached general availability, and he has served SinglePoint middle-market and large corporate clients continuously since.

Today Jonathan leads a Minneapolis-based Treasury Solutions team that partners with Relationship Managers across the U.S. Bank commercial footprint. His engagement model starts with a structured treasury services review: account architecture, user-role design, approval policy, reporting requirements and ERP integration blueprint. From that baseline his team maps clients to the right SinglePoint configuration — SinglePoint for Payments versus the full SinglePoint Essentials tier — and oversees implementation, user training, go-live support and continuous optimization.

Jonathan earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals and is a CFA Charterholder. He is an active member of the AFP Minneapolis chapter and contributes to peer-review working groups on real-time payments adoption in middle-market American treasuries.
